MISSIONS MINISTRY PROGRAMS

I. TIRANA, ALBANIA

We provide full support for Artan Xhaferi, an Albanian missionary, who is a full time preacher, personal worker, and leader in the Church in Tirana. 2009 is the ninth year of our involvement with this congregation in direct support. Many of our members have participated in summer campaigns to assist in this work.

II. KORCE ALBANIA

We are the sponsoring congregation for Kevin and Allison Morrill who are fulltime missionaries in Korce. Kevin conducts regular services and also, Kevin and Allison conduct continuing one-on-one bible studies on a day to day basis with fifty or more students involved. We are assisted in financial support by congregations in Killen, Alabama; Lynchburg, Tennessee; Lucerne, California; and Auburn, Nebraska. Several individuals also contribute. III. PALMERSTON NORTH, NEW ZEALAND

Assistance is provided to Kent O'Donnell who preaches and does significant door to door campaigning. This congregation has almost doubled in size in the last three years. The Central congregation in Cleveland, Tennessee is the sponsoring congregation.

IV. WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND

Assistance is provide Kevin Grey who has recently relocated from Palmerston North. Kevin preaches and does door to door campaigning.

V. SYKTYVKAR, RUSSIA

Assistance is provided to the Church in Syktyvkar in the support of the widows and orphan's home that the Syktyvkar congregation operates. This work has made an exceptionally good impression on the government and general population there. The West Main Street Congregation in Tupelo, Mississippi is the sponsoring congregation.

VI. AFRICA

Assistance is provided Jerry Hogg who has devoted forty years to mission work in Africa. Jerry has recently left the work at the school of preaching in Benoni, South Africa to direct the work of the several S.I.B.I. locations across Africa.

VII. BUCHAREST, ROMANIA

Assistance is provided Albert Cook. Albert preaches and does personal one-on-one Bible teaching in Romania.

VIII. WORLD CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING

We contribute to the WCB effort to provide Christian short-wave radio broadcasts to the entire world.

IX. SHORT TERM MISSION ASSISTANCE

We provide short term mission assistance to members of the Maryville congregation. Due to the number of members that we usually assist, we are not in a position to assist those who are not members at Maryville.
