Upcoming events for youth
September 8th - PEAK of the week - 6:00 p.m. (Zaxbys) Sign-ups are on the board; cost is $3.50 per person.
September 12th - youth devotional 7:15 -9:00
I want to thank everyone that made it to PEAK of the week. We had lots of fun and I look forward to doing it again this week. Also Sunday with the Jr. High—a great turn out. If you did not make it put it on your calendar for next month. This Sunday’s youth devotional has been postponed till next Sunday. |

Upcoming events for youth
TODAY August 29th 12-2 p.m. Jr. High luncheon at Bert’s house - cost $3.00
September 1st “peak” of the week. Sign ups are on the board.
Attention parents and teens - extra calendars are on the board. If you did not get one, pick one up. Don’t forget to sign up for Wednesday night dinner; it will be at 6:00 in the gym but you must sign up. The cost is $3.50 per person. The first Wednesday is Subway, the second is Zaxbys, the third is Salsarita and the fourth is pizza. In the event of a fifth Wednesday, it will be family night - go eat with the family. But class will be at 7:00 p.m. as usual.

August 28th Back to school event at the Savages
August 29th 12-2 p.m. Jr. High luncheon at Bert’s house - cost $3.00
Thanks to all of you that were able to make it to the youth parent meeting. Several of you did not make it. If you are one of those, I have several copies of this year’s calendar available. I also sent it home with the teens Wednesday night and have sent a few through the mail. We have another great year planned out ahead of us.

Upcoming events for youth
August 15th parent potluck luncheon
August 28th Back to school event
I want to encourage all my parents to make it to the parent luncheon today after services. We will be getting out next years calendar and getting ready for a great fall and spring. We have some new items on the list and I want and need your support. If you have a seventh grader that is new to the youth group, get ready for an exciting time and encourage them to get involved.

August 15th parent potluck luncheon
